What we process & why
We process your email address and, optionally, your name in order to send you our newsletter and manage your subscription (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). In addition, we store minimal logs to document consent and manage unsubscriptions (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Tracking & analysis
If you agree, we measure opens and clicks with tracking pixels. This requires your prior consent in accordance with § 25 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can object at any time via the preference link in our emails. Without your consent, we will send the newsletter without tracking.
Unsubscribe / Revocation
You can revoke your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting info@kletterhuette.de. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the revocation (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
Service provider
We use an email service provider as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. When transferring data to third countries, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Storage period
We store your data until you unsubscribe or revoke your consent. In order to take objections into account, we may keep block lists (hash of your email) (Art. 6 (1) lit. c/f GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. You can object to direct marketing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
Minors
Our newsletter is intended for persons aged 16 and over. If you are younger, you need the consent of your parents (Art. 8 GDPR).
